Birth and Early Life

Shri Triloki Nath Pandey was born on 22 December 1945 in Ballia district, Uttar Pradesh. Some public biographical accounts mention Dayachapra village in the Bairiya area of Ballia as his place of origin.He was born into an agrarian family and was the eldest among four children.During his youth, he became associated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, where he participated in social and organizational activities.

As an experienced VHP functionary, Shri Triloki Nath Pandey became associated with organizational efforts connected with the movement. Although many public leaders addressed rallies and campaigns, Pandey remained primarily an organizational worker, preferring to serve quietly behind the scenes.

Served as Next Friend(III)

Shri Triloki Nath Pandey became the third Next Friend of Shri Ram Lalla Virajman after Justice Deoki Nandan Agarwala and Professor Thakur Prasad Verma. His appointment ensured continuity in representing the deity after the Allahabad High Court’s 2010 judgment and during the appeals before the Supreme Court. Contemporary reports note that he took active responsibility for the case from around 2008 and continued in that capacity through the final 2019 verdict.
